1. Warranty Terms & Conditions
- The warranty is applicable only to products purchased from authorized Starshine dealers or marketplaces.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal usage conditions.
- Any repairs or replacements will be carried out at the discretion of Starshine’s authorized service centres.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- Damages due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, electrical fluctuations, or negligence.
- Physical damage, cosmetic defects, or modifications to the product.
- Products serviced or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Any damage caused due to external factors like fire, flood, lightning, or natural disasters.
- Wear and tear of parts such as filters, plastic components, or accessories.
- Remote Control.
- Damage due to voltage fluctuations or improper electrical connections.
3. How to Register Warranty
- Scan the QR code pasted on the back side of the TV

Important Guidelines:
- GST Registered Invoice is mandatory for registering warranty. If it is non-GST registered Invoice, warranty claim will be rejected.
- Warranty must be registered within 6 months from the product’s dispatch date.
- If the warranty is not registered, it will automatically be considered active from the dispatch date.
Duration of Warranty:
Mentioned in the warranty activation sticker placed at the back side of the product and on the box packaging.
Few Things to Keep in Mind:
- Ensure all the information you submit is accurate and complete.
- Inaccurate or incomplete submissions may result in rejection of your warranty registration and further rejection of any warranty claim.
4. How to Claim Warranty
a) Onsite Warranty Claim Process 1:
Step 1:
- Send a photo of the barcode/QR code sticker (placed on the product) via WhatsApp to +91-9575513015 along with:
- Your Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Complaint Details
- Supporting Video for the complaint
- Invoice
- Alternatively, you can call to register the complaint, and share the above details on WhatsApp. Failing to share this information warranty cannot be claimed.
Step 2:
- The Service Incharge will analyse the complaint details and videos. If the issue can be resolved over the phone, the service engineer will assist you.
- If needed, a technician will be assigned to visit the location.
b) Onsite Warranty Claim Process 2:
Step 1:
- Scan the QR Code pasted on the back side of the product.
- Click on “View More Options”.
- Then click on “Register a Complaint”.
- Select the product for which you want to claim the warranty.
- Enter the following information:
- Your Name
- Phone Number
- Image of the faulty Product
- Reason for claim
- After entering all the information, click on Submit. Please make sure to enter correct information and attach a clear photo. Incomplete details may delay or cancel your warranty claim.
Step 2:
- The Service Incharge will analyse the complaint details and videos. If the issue can be resolved over the phone, the service engineer will assist you.
- If needed, a technician will be assigned to visit the location.
5. Indemnification
- The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Starshine, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or non-compliance with the warranty terms.
6. Discretion
- The decision of Starshine shall be final and binding in all matters related to warranty claims and service provisions.
7. Limitations of Liability
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- No extension or modification of the warranty will be entertained unless specified by Starshine in writing.
8. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

STARSHINE CEILING FAN WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty is applicable only to Starshine Ceiling Fans purchased from authorized Starshine dealers or official marketplaces.
Coverage Details:

9 Series & 99 Series:
- 2 Years Guarantee (Only the motor head will be replaceable. Blades and other parts are not covered under replacement).

999 Series (Total 5 Years):
- First 2 Years Guarantee on Motor (Only the motor head will be replaceable. Blades and other parts are not covered under replacement).
- Next 3 Years Warranty on Stator.
Note: The warranty period will be considered up to 6 months from the manufacturing date mentioned on the fan.
2. What is Covered?
- Manufacturing defects in the motor under normal usage conditions.
- 999 Series: Motor of the fan head.
- 9 Series & 99 Series: Motor of the fan head.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
- Blades and other external/non-electrical parts.
- Damages caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, voltage fluctuations, or negligence.
- Physical damage, cosmetic defects, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
- Products repaired by unauthorized service personnel.
- Damage due to external factors such as fire, flood, lightning, or natural disasters.
- Normal wear and tear of non-electrical components (e.g., blades, canopies, plastic parts).
4. How to Claim Warranty? (Offsite Warranty Process)
- Customers must bring the defective fan to the collection point in Raipur.
- After repairs, the product will be returned to the same collection point for customer pickup.
- For customers located in other cities, shipment of the repaired product can be arranged.
- All freight/transportation charges for sending and receiving the product shall be borne by the customer.
