Warranty Claim Process

Step - 1) To begin the warranty claim process, customers are required to reach out to our customer service team via Phone No. 8305582399. Our customer service number can also be found on our website or product documentation.

Step - 2) Upon contacting our customer service hotline, customers will need to provide a few information necessary for warranty claim to initiate the claim process.

Step - 3) Once all necessary details have been provided, our customer service team will proceed to process the warranty claim and arrange for a technician to visit the customer's in case of onsite warranty.

Step - 4) In case of offsite warranty customer needs to ship the product to the service center located in Raipur for Resolution.

Products having On-Site Warranty : TV, Washing Machine

Products having Off-Site Warranty : Fan, Cooler, Mixer Grinder

This warranty is valid only when:

  1. There is any manufacturing defect found in the product.
  2. The appliance has been installed, used and maintained in accordance with the instructional manual.
  3. Warranty Sticker should not be broken.
  4. The Warranty is valid only if this card is duly signed and stamped by our authorized dealers and is produced along with the original customer’s invoice copy.
  5. Warranty starts from the Date of Purchase form our authorized dealers / retailers only.


The Warranty does not apply for:

  1. Damage resulting from Accidents, mishandling or Negligence on part of the customer.
  2. Normal Wear and Tear of the product.
  3. Any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an Unauthorized Agent.
